Delivery

After your order and payment have been received, we will deliver your e-book as an email attachment. Some email programs have very stringent spam filters in place that may make it difficult for you to receive attached documents. Be sure you add the address dana@mooncircles.com to your email address book, and if you haven't received your e-book within a few days of our receiving your payment, check your spam folder to make sure your book hasn't ended up there by mistake!

File Compression: ".zip" files

The PDF file containing your e-book will be quite large - approximately 2.5 MB. If you are on a dial-up internet connection, a file this size might take a long time to download. If you prefer, we can send the file to you compressed as a ".zip" file, which is about one-third the size of an uncompressed file - just select the "send as a .zip file" option on your order form. When you receive the file you will need to "unzip" it using a program such as WinZip (free download available here).
